By using The Brand Wash Laundry Services's website and services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

We provide doorstep laundry, dry cleaning and related fabric-care services within our listed Bangalore service areas, subject to availability.

When you book a pickup, you agree to provide accurate details and to make items available at the scheduled time. We will make reasonable efforts to honour selected time slots.

Prices shown are indicative starting rates and may vary based on fabric, stains and item condition. Final pricing is confirmed at or before delivery. Payment is due as per the agreed method.

We handle every garment with professional care. In the rare event of loss or damage caused by us, our liability is limited as per our customer protection policy. We are not liable for pre-existing damage, colour bleeding inherent to the fabric, or items with missing/illegible care labels.

Standard turnaround is 24–48 hours; specialty items may take longer. Estimated times are not guaranteed and may vary during peak periods.

Items not accepted at delivery will be held for a reasonable period. We are not responsible for items left unclaimed beyond this period.

You agree not to misuse our website or services, including submitting false bookings or fraudulent information.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
