You may cancel a scheduled pickup free of charge before our executive is dispatched. To cancel, contact us as early as possible via phone or WhatsApp.
If you are not satisfied with the quality of our service, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery. We will re-clean the affected items free of charge, or issue a fair resolution where re-cleaning is not possible.
Refunds do not apply to pre-existing damage, colour bleeding inherent to the fabric, wear and tear, or issues arising from missing/illegible care labels.
In the rare event that an item is lost or damaged due to our handling, compensation is provided as per our customer protection policy, based on the item’s value and age.
Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
